Magni moves into Sweden
Italy’s Magni Telescopic Handlers has opened a new subsidiary in Sweden,
Magni Northern Europe, based in Grästorp.
The new facility was chosen for its location in central Sweden, halfway between cities such as Gothenburg, Stockholm and Malmo. It is also close to the two main highways. The facility features 1,200 square metres of offices and workshops, plus a large warehouse for machines and a forecourt for demonstrations as well as technical and commercial training for the staff, dealers and customers.
The company is also adding service technicians and other aftersales staff. A statement from the company said: “We decided to establish a branch in Sweden to be closer to the needs of our customers in a market as important as Sweden. One of the main goals of the branch is to reduce response time and offer the full range of services.”

The new operation essentially takes over the Kranlyft - Magni operation.
Kranlyft became the Swedish dealer for Magni in 2019, when it acquired Magni dealer Vänermaskin which was owned by Gustav Knutsson, who stayed on with Kranlyft to manage the operation. He now heads up Magni Northern Europe, based at the same location.
