TVH has appointed Carnelius Cruz as vice president of sales for the Americas, with responsibility for the USA, Canada, Mexico as well as south America markets.
He joins the company from Navistar /International trucks, where he has been vice president of spare parts sales for the past four years. He began his career in 1998 as an assistant football coach for the University of Rhode Island, University of New Hampshire and Northern Illinois University, moving to the Genuine Parts Company of Atlanta in 2007, initially as a sales manager for the Under Car division. Over the next 13 years or so he progressed through the ranks to become general manager of the Filters and Heavy Duty group, until December when he left for TVH.
TVH Americas is based in Olathe, Kansas, with 16 locations through the Americas, it is wholly owned subsidiary of Belgium’s TVH Parts Holding which has 81 locations around the world, with 5,000 employees shipping parts and accessories for forklifts, aerial work platforms and industrial vehicles to around 180 countries.
