The CEA has launched a search to find a replacement, in the meantime it has announced two new appointments, Viki Bell as business development & partnerships manager and Beth Abbott as marketing & member engagement manager.

Bell previously worked at the Personal Group - a provider of employee services - where she was employed in a marketing role for just over four years. She began her career in 1998 as a marketing manager with Leica Microsystems, moving to a similar role as Shanks waste management after two years. Over the next 20 years she held similar roles at Sirva Relocation, Cranfield University, Barnfield College, Adessi, BSI, Semta, IET, and Eland Cables, moving to Personal Group in late 2019.
