Electric telehandler from Ausa
Spanish forklift, telehandler and dumper manufacturer Ausa has launched an electric version of is four metre/1,600kg T164. The lithium ion battery powered model becomes the T164E.
The ultra-compact telehandler offers a has a maximum lift height of 3.99 metres at which point it can handle 815kg. Maximum forward reach is 2.29 metres with a capacity of 640kg. The overall width is 1.48 metres, overall height is just over two metres and the overall length without forks 3.08 metres. Total weight is 3,330kg. The new machine is equipped with a universal skid steer coupler system and includes an integrated hitch for towing.

The new Ausa T164E
The unit uses six maintenance free 48V lithium ion batteries, powered a two speed transmission with two wheel drive and steer, with a maximum road speed of 15kph. The battery pack is good for four hours of continuous operation and can be recharged in It can be charged from 20 to 80 percent in 3.15 hours when plugged into a 230 volt outlet.
