UK aerial distributor Access Platform Sales APS - has appointed Tony Campana as regional sales manager for the north of England.
In this new role, he will be responsible for all product sales in the North West along with Yorkshire, Durham, and Tyne and Wear, as well as in North Wales and counties as far south as Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire. He will also provide national sales support for the Wienold Lifte materials lifts range.

Tony Campana began working with APS in mid-2023 initially as an independent service and operator training provider on the Wienold GML800 material lifts. Last summer he began looking after low-level platforms and material lifts sales and support for the company and has now joined the business.
Internal sales and marketing director Hannah Treggalles said: “Tony is a seasoned access platforms industry professional, so we’re pleased he is taking on this role to support all APS’s high quality brands across a large part of the north of England. As with all members of our sales team, Tony believes strongly in providing expert long term support for our customers, so they get maximum advantage from their equipment and our service reinforces their business development and growth strategies.”
Campana added: “I’m delighted to take on this extended role on behalf of APS and our customers. I am looking forward to providing for our extensive customer base across the north of England, and the many new customers I’m keen to bring on board.”
Campana has more than 18 years’ experience in the access industry, although he started out in 2001 as an after sales manager for a Honda Motorcycle dealer, entering the access industry in 2005 in a technical support role with Genie UK. Just over five years later he returned to Honda motorcycles, but the draw of the access industry lured him back, when he joined Genie dealer Workplatform in 2013, covering sales and technical support as well as being an IPAF training instructor. In mid-2021 he set up on his own to offer IPAF and Pasma training including IPAF PDI and CAP training programmes.
APS distributes Hinowa spider lifts, LGMG self-propelled booms and scissors, BoSS low level platforms, Wienhold and Tough Lift material lifts as well as Genie products.
