The children of 29 employees of Turkish rental company İstanbul Vinç created paintings of powered access equipment to display in the entrance foyer to the IPAF Platform Türkiye Konferansı conference held on April 30th.
The paintings included lifting platforms working in various applications. The initiative was organised through İstanbul Vinç's corporate social responsibility programme.

IPAF chief executive and managing director Peter Douglas said: "I was blown away to see a powered access 'Art Exhibition' in the entrance to the conference hall. What Işıl and the İstanbul Vinç team have done is involve the next generation in our industry, and this is key to sustaining the powered access industry in the future. This is a worldwide issue, and I applaud İstanbul Vinç for their initiative. It would be great to replicate this around the world at IPAF events in the future."
İstanbul Vinç marketing manager Işıl Bilgin added: "It was a delightful contrast to see how the serious world of machinery transformed into a joyful, imaginative space when viewed through children's eyes. We believe this initiative can serve as an inspiration for future projects in our industry, bringing families, creativity, and corporate values together. When the imaginative world of children meets the engineering precision of platforms, the result is something truly inspiring – and we are proud to have brought that joy to the conference floor."
İstanbul Vinç - established in 1995 - was one of the very first rental companies in Turkey to add a specialist business for aerial work platform rental alongside its exisiting crane rental operations, later adding spider cranes to the fleet.
