Bravi has launched another new low level platform, the Leonardo HD 430.
The new HD 430 model is very similar in design and look to the popular Leonardo HD, but offers a 6.3 metre working height compared to the HD’s 4.9 metres. The platform capacity, however, is a little lower at 180kg rather than the HD’s 227kg, and it is 120kg heavier at 680kg.

The overall stowed dimensions - 760mm wide by just under 1.2 metres long are the same, although the 430 is very slightly higher at 1.76 metres. One key difference is that, unlike its smaller sibling, the HD430 does not feature dual deck extensions, having a simple 1.15 metre fixed length platform compared to the HD’s 1.7 metre fully extended platform.

As with other Bravi models in the Leonardo range, the HD 430 has a solid, rugged structure, can turn on the spot, has non-marking tyres, automatic pothole protection and premium quality components.

The Leonardo range also includes the Lui 460 with a 6.6 metre working height and 280kg platform capacity, but it weighs 1,250kg.
How the three models compare
Bravi chief executive Pierino Bravi said: “The new Leonardo HD 430 offers an ideal balance between height, compact dimensions and safety. it is engineered for indoor environments, tight spaces and complex operational areas, ensuring smooth manoeuvring, precision and enhanced productivity.”
“With the introduction of the Leonardo HD 430, we have further enhanced the Leonardo range, making it even more complete and capable of meeting all low-level market needs. Our goal is to offer professionals a versatile, intuitive and increasingly high performing product line, designed to deliver maximum productivity, safety and operational continuity in any environment.”
