The UK Affiliate of lead acid and Lithium ion battery manufacturer and charging specialist Tab Battery has appointed George Fielden as national sales manager. His responsibilities will include adding and developing new and existing accounts, while training and supporting new sales team members.
Fielden has been with the company since 2018, when he began his career as a field service representative and later as a Field sales rep. He was promoted to business development manager in 2023 and now takes over as national sales manager.

Having worked across so many areas of the business, George understands our products, customers and markets from the ground up. We’re really pleased to see George take this next step and look forward to seeing what he achieves.”
Slovenian battery manufacturer Tab produces a wide range of batteries, including VRLA, AGM, Gel batteries and Li-ion batteries. It has three manufacturing plants in Slovenia – Žerjav, Črna na Koroškem and Prevalje, which produces the company’s lithium-ion batteries. Along with a recycling plant in the Republic of North Macedonia. The UK business, based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, was established in 2011 as the >b>Battery Service Hub -BSH, supplying and servicing a range of industrial batteries and chargers, including traction batteries for aerial work platforms and forklifts. Tab acquired a 51 percent controlling interest in the business in March 2025, when it rebranded as Tab UK.
