The front page of yesterday’s Gulf News business section carried a great picture of state of the art scaffold erection techniques under the headline “Dubai Gears Up For New Season” The photo shows five men erecting an ‘all round’ scaffold type system they are all hanging on to the structure at one end with no apparent attempt at any basis safety considerations.
