NAI Cranes acquired

Industrial overhead crane manufacturer NAI Cranes - based in Woburn, Massachusetts, USA - has been acquired by Tonka Bay Equity Partners. No financial terms were disclosed.
Boulder Brook Partners of Wellesley, MA co-invested in the transaction.

NAI is a leading manufacturer of industrial cranes (overhead cranes) and products include bridge cranes, gantry cranes, monorails, jib cranes, and custom-engineered systems with capacities up to 150 tons and spans up to 150 ft.
