New chairman for Palfinger
The chairman of Palfinger’s supervisory board, Alexander Exner will step down next month and be replaced by Dr Alexander Doujak.
Exner, 63, a director since 1995 was appointed as chairman in 2003 and his term expires in 2014. He will though resign his chairmanship at the next board meeting in mid-December.

Alexander Doujak
Doujak, 45, has worked with Palfinger for 15 years, initially as a management consultant. He has been a member of the company’s supervisory board since 2006.
Exner says that his resignation is a long planned hand over from one generation to
another. He has worked with Palfinger for more than 35 years, in the 1990’s he was a director of Palfinger Holding and then deputy chairman of Palfinger AG before taking up the post of chairman.
