Lifts donated for urban art
Riwal Poland is cooperating with the street art foundation ‘Urban Forms’ by providing young artists with aerial work platforms to create art in the city of Lodz, Poland.
Four art projects have already been completed since the programme began all of which have the full approval of the city council.
The Urban Forms foundation focuses on broadly defined street culture and art aimed at revitalising the city and country. In addition it also organises, promotes and supports sports and cultural initiatives.

Riwal is donating the use of access equipment for urban art projects
The partnership to provide the foundation with machines to enable work on large-scale paintings is ongoing.
Riwal’s country manager for Poland, Wojciech Lisicki said: “We delivered a JLG 660 machine to the city centre of Lodz to support the creation of a modern mural. The artists were certified as operators through the Riwal training programme, we also supplied the operators with safety harnesses and lanyards. We are very proud that we can support young artists and in so doing, promote the popularity of street art as well. We look forward to the upcoming projects.”
