New customer service manager at IMT

US loader crane manufacturer and distributor Iowa Mold Tooling /IMT has appointed Holly McCoy-Nelson as customer support manager.

McCoy-Nelson will lead the customer service and product support teams for all products, incl;uding service vehicles, truck-mounted cranes, hydraulic loaders and air compressors.

She joins the company from Graham Wood Doors in Mason City, Iowa, where she was inside sales, customer service and coordination manager.
