Tadano ATF60G for Heinrichs

German crane rental, steel erection and rigging company Heinrichs has taken delivery of a 60 tonne Tadano ATF 60G-3 All Terrain crane.

The three axle, single engine ATF 60G-3 features a 48 metre seven section telescopic boom with a fully extended capacity of 6.3 tonnes at up to 14 metres radius. The extensions include a 7.4 metre swingaway with up to 40 degrees of offset, while the company also ordered the crane with the 1.7 metre heavy duty extension, which offers capacities up to 26.2 tonnes. The new crane is the company’s seventh Tadano.

Managing director Thomas Heinrichs said: “All of our Tadanos are running very reliably, and the service is right, as well as the price performance ratio. In addition, we have a good, even family, relationship with Tadano. I was impressed with the cranes, especially the load ratings, and the boom length of 48 metres is also not to be ignored. Further plus points for us are the design on 10 tonne axle loads, its telescoping capacity and the mobility on congested construction sites. So we bring a lot of power, even when things get tight.”

Based in Lichtenau, due east of Dortmund in northern Germany, Heinrichs runs a fleet of cranes with capacities ranging from 30 to 220 tonnes.
