Mammoet opens yard in NY

Mammoet has opened a new location within the Port of Coeymans Marine Terminal in Coeymans, New York.

The 400 acre marine terminal facility is located along the Hudson River, 100 miles north of New York and 10 miles south of Albany. Mammoet has leased enough space within the facility to offer storage, load in and load out options, local barge supply, assistance with offshore wind projects and local jobs in eastern USA. A 660 tonne Mammoet CC 2800 crawler crane has been set up on site to provide heavy lift services, while other equipment for staging and storage is also available.

New York state said it will provide funding for upcoming offshore wind projects in the area and is investing in upgrades to the Port of Coeymans’ facilities and infrastructure.
