Ramirent names new CEO

Ramirent has appointed Erik Bengtsson as its new chief executive, with Jukka Havia as deputy. The position became free following the August announcement by Tapio Kolunsarka that he would leave the company at year end.

Bengtsson takes up his new role at the start of the new year, he is currently executive vice president of Sweden and responsible for group fleet and sourcing. See New head for Rami Sweden & Denmark. He joined Ramirent as a director in 2017, and previously spent 10 years with Cramo, having joined the company in 2005 as product area manager for access equipment and fork lifts. He will also join the Loxam Group Executive Committee.

Erik Bengtsson



Jukka Havia will report to Bengtsson assisting him in both his company and group duties. He joined Ramirent as chief financial officer in April from paint company Tikkurila Oyj where he had been chief financial officer since 2010 See Rami names new CFO
