Russia manager for Sinoboom
Sinoboom has appointed Andy Verich as market development director for Russia and the CIS countries.
In his new job Verich will be responsible for setting up a comprehensive Sinoboom service network for the Russian and CIS regions, using the access market knowledge and experience he has gained while working with JLG and its parent company Oshkosh.
Educated in Wisconsin, USA, and in Ukraine, he has spent the majority of his career working with businesses that are associated with trade between Russia, the CIS states, and the west. He also spent a period as a lobbyist/advisor in Washington, DC.

Andy Verich
For the past year he has run his own consulting business, having left JLG Russia last June. Prior to that he managed Oshkosh Russia for 10 years, having joined the company in 2010. He began his working life in 1991 with the US Army as an infantry officer, his tours of duty included time with the Joint Russian-NATO operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
In 2000 he joined the Kit Group in Ukraine, a technology company that offered integrated security and support services for government agencies and multinational corporations. He left in 2004 to join the Serbian Unity Congress, working in Washington DC. In 2006 he decided to use his experience to set up his own specialist consulting firm - Mission Direct Services. Five years later he was recruited by Oshkosh, having initially worked with the company on a consulting project.
Sinoboom general manager Susan Xu said: “As Sinoboom continues in its strategy to grow the global business, the establishment of strong and professional teams in key regions is paramount.
