More Sinobooms for Balloo

Irish rental company Balloo Hire has taken delivery of a further 100 Sinoboom scissor lifts, following an initial order last year for the first 50 Sinoboom scissors to arrive in the UK - see: 50 Sinoboom scissors for Balloo.

Made up entirely of slab electric scissor lifts, the order includes 19ft 1932ME, 27ft 2732E and 33ft 3346E models, which offer working heights of 7.8, 10.1 and 12 metres respectively and include direct electric wheel motor drive. Balloo has also taken the first 46ft 4647EP scissor lift in the country. With an overall width of 1.27 metres, it offers a working height of 15.8 metres with an indoor rated platform capacity of 350kg. All the scissor lifts include maintenance free AGM batteries, front and rear forklift pockets and bumper rails.

Balloo powered access manager Colin Magee, said: “The first Sinoboom equipment added to our powered access fleet in Autumn 2020 was extremely well received.
